Upcoming Event: Scandinavian Picnic 2009

From the Danish Club: Scandinavian Picnic

September 20, 2009 at 1:00 pm in Simpson Park
Blue Heron Shelter
1234 Marshall Road
Valley Park, Missouri 63088

The Danish Club is hosting this year and we hope to see all of you there. The Danish Club will provide the main dish, plates, napkins, plastic ware, and any other items needed for the picnic. Each family or individual attending the picnic is asked to bring a dish; please ensure the dish is large enough to be shared by at least 8 to 10 people so there is enough for everyone to have plenty to eat. Please ensure you mark your utensils and dishes with your name so you get them back at the end of the day. We are raising the price this year because of increased prices for products; this is still a very affordable and enjoyable way to spend the afternoon. The price for adults this year is $6.00; children under 12 - $3.00

We would like to get a good variety of foods, follow this guide for deciding what to bring:

Last names A through G ………………………… Please bring an Appetizer
Last names H through R ………………………… Please bring a Side Dish
Last names S through Z …………………………… Please Bring a Dessert

Please RSVP to Lee Collin by September 16, 2009 using the form at the bottom of this post.
